Fuel your event with our carefully curated catering options. Whether you prefer a light lunch or an extensive lunch, we provide a variety of lunch packages, tailored to your preferences:
Basic Lunch | €15 per person

Extended Lunch | €18 per person
- Whole wheat white roll with smoked chicken
- Half wrap with mozzarella
- Brown “Polder” sandwich with egg salad

Terms of Collaboration
Everything Carefully Arranged
To ensure a smooth and successful event in our venue, we apply a few essential conditions:
- Contribution to the Community – All rental proceeds directly support the Church of the Nazarene Vlaardingen and its various community activities.
- Service Markups | When hiring external services or providing external products (e.g., additional catering or technical support), a 15% markup applies. Additional charges may also apply for evening hours or when volunteers are unavailable.
- Payment Terms | We are VAT-exempt. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid within four weeks of receiving the invoice. We apply a cancellation policy: 25% of the rental fee if canceled within one month of the event date, 50% within one week, 75% the day before, and 100% if canceled on the event day.
- Additional Costs – Extra services such as extra cleaning, specific technical requests, or extended catering options may incur additional charges, which will always be discussed in advance.
- No Alcohol Policy | As our venue is part of a church, alcoholic beverages are not permitted. This aligns with our mission and values.
